However, please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from :

• Exposure to water or moisture
• Impact, shock or excessive vibration
• Demagnetization
• Normal wear and tear or damage to components such as the bracelet crystalpushers or crown
• Battery replacement for quartz movements
• Opening/dismantling the watch, even by a professional
• Inappropriate use or use that does not comply with our recommendations

We do not provide certificates of authenticity from sources other than the watchmakers themselves, as their value would be uncertain. However, each watch is accompanied by a purchase invoice attesting to its origin from our factory. We are committed to shipping your order within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 4 days for all international destinations, and 1 to 2 days for deliveries to the UAE.
