We would like to assure you that all the watches offered on our site are rigorously inspected by our expert watchmakers. We ensure that every watch is authentic and true to its description. We take our responsibility to guarantee the quality and authenticity of our products very seriously, in order to offer you a shopping experience you can trust.
As a professional seller, we are also subject to French and European legislation requiring us to offer a guarantee of conformity on all our products.
We're proud to offer our customers quality vintage watches, carefully inspected, serviced and authenticated before they go on sale. We are convinced of the quality of our watches and offer a 12-month warranty on every purchase.
We would like to stress that vintage watches are delicate and fragile objects, requiring particular care.
The warranty will not apply in the following cases:
- contact with water
- vibrations (e.g. bicycles, two-wheelers)
- shocks
- magnetization
- if the watch has been opened, even by a professional.
- in the event of improper use
If in doubt, please contact our customer service department for advice on the care and use of your watch.
No, we do not provide a certificate of authenticity, as we are convinced that if it did not come from the parent company, the certificate would be worthless.
However, we do have a duty to comply with French and European legislation, so our invoice provides you with a guarantee of conformity.
Please note that some companies offer this type of service, often for a fee, but if you need to, don't hesitate to bring your own part.
No, we source our vintage pieces from all over the world. However, we are in no way affiliated with the brands we offer.

Yes, we do! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and tags, and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

DELIVERY
Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer shipping rates adapted to each destination.
Our products are shipped in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging, protected by 100% recycled dunnage.
For watches and pens sold without their original box, a 100% recyclable cardboard case is also supplied, ideal for a gift and for optimum protection.
Wooden or sheathed cases are also available for sale.
First of all, we need between 1 and 2 days to process your order.
Orders shipped to France generally take between 2 and 3 working days. International deliveries can take from 7 to 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation e-mail.
We ship all our orders from our offices in Courbevoie, France.
We use Colissimo or Chronopost for deliveries within France and Chronopost for international deliveries.
Both are reliable carriers offering delivery times adapted to each destination. We'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order in real time.

Sold separately, our bracelets allow you to personalize your watch.
On request, we'll install your new strap before your order is dispatched.

Most of our vintage watches were made decades ago, but they're still objects that need to be cared for to keep them in good working order. It is essential to avoid water, shocks, vibrations and magnetic fields.
We recommend that you have your watch checked every 3 years.
We recommend that you replace the battery in your watch at a watchmaker/jeweller near you.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If you encounter a problem after purchasing one of our vintage watches, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to solve the problem quickly and efficiently.
Should the watch require repair or overhaul, we will ask you to return the watch to us. We will provide you with all the information you need to organize the return of the watch.
If the problem with the watch is covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the watch at our expense. If the problem is due to misuse or damage caused by the user, the repair will not be covered by our warranty and additional charges may apply.
