However, please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from :

• Exposure to water or moisture
• Impact, shock or excessive vibration
• Demagnetization
• Normal wear and tear or damage to components such as the bracelet crystalpushers or crown
• Battery replacement for quartz movements
• Opening/dismantling the watch, even by a professional
• Inappropriate use or use that does not comply with our recommendations

However, each watch is accompanied by a purchase invoice attesting to its origin from our factory. We are committed to shipping your order within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 4 days for all international destinations, and 1 to 2 days for deliveries to the UAE.
