Atelier Victor is pleased to offer you an international shipping service. Each shipment is insured and requires a signature upon receipt to ensure the security of your precious purchase.

SPEED AND EFFICIENCY

We are committed to shipping your order within 48 hours. The estimated delivery times are 2 to 4 days for all international destinations, and 1 to 2 days for deliveries within the UAE.

If you prefer a hand delivery, we welcome you by appointment in our showroom located at The Meydan Hotel, Grandstand, Dubai, U.A.E.

TRANSPARENCY OF FEES

The delivery fees include careful packaging, insurance for maximum security, and shipping costs.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

For exported items, taxes such as VAT and customs duties are not applied at the time of purchase but will be payable upon delivery. These fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. We therefore recommend that buyers inquire about potential fees.

FLEXIBLE RETURN POLICY

Atelier Victor accepts returns within 14 days for all shipped orders. We understand that it is important for you to have the option to change your mind.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, as well as the 5% transaction fees for credit card payments. 

CONDITIONS FOR IN-PERSON PURCHASES

In accordance with the legislation, watches purchased/picked up directly in person at our showroom cannot be returned or exchanged.
