We want to assure you that all the watches offered on our site are rigorously checked by our expert watchmakers. We ensure that each watch is authentic and matches its description. We take our responsibility to guarantee the quality and authenticity of our products very seriously, to offer you a shopping experience with complete confidence.
As a professional seller, we are also subject to UAE legislation which requires us to offer a conformity guarantee on all our products. We extend this guarantee for life!
We are proud to offer our clients quality vintage watches, carefully inspected, serviced, and authenticated before being put on sale. We are confident in the quality of our watches and offer a 12-month warranty on the mechanism for each purchase.
We would like to emphasize that vintage watches are delicate and fragile items, requiring particular attention.
The warranty will also not apply in the following cases:
- the warranty applies to the mechanism; strap, pusher, crown, crystal, strap, Buckle: are not included in the warranty. They are considered consumable and are meant to be replaced
- contact with water / humidity
- vibrations (such as cycling, two-wheelers..)
- shocks
- magnetization
- if the watch has been opened, even if by a professional.

If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact our customer service for advice on the maintenance and use of your watch.
No, we do not provide a certificate of authenticity because we believe that if it does not come from the original manufacturer, the certificate would have no value.
Nevertheless, we have a duty of compliance with UAE legislation, and as such, our invoice assures you a lifetime compliance and authenticity guarantee.
Please note, some brands offer this type of service, often for a fee, but if needed, do not hesitate to bring your item.
No, we source our vintage pieces from all over the world. However, we are in no way affiliated with the brands we offer.
RETURN
Yes, of course! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or a credit note valid for 2 years.
We inform you that transaction fees of 5% will be deducted in case of a refund (not deducted if requesting a credit note). If in doubt about your purchase, we invite you to pay by bank transfer to avoid these payment fees (never refunded by payment systems). Shipping is not included in the refund.
Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and tags, and without being used. The cost and responsibility of the return shipment are borne by the customer.

Yes, we ship your orders worldwide.
Our products are shipped in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging and protected by 100% recycled cushioning sheets.
Regarding watches and pens sold without their original box, a 100% recyclable cardboard case or a pouch will also be provided, ideal for a gift and for optimal protection.
Additionally, leatherette or wooden cases are available for purchase.
First of all, we have between 1 to 2 days for the processing time of your order.
The delivery time for orders will be approximately 3 to 5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship our orders from our offices located in Dubai, UAE.
Any taxes and customs duties outside of the UAE are not included. They will be the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.

Most of our vintage watches were made decades ago, but they remain items that need to be taken care of to ensure they function properly. It is essential to avoid water, shocks, vibrations, and magnetic fields.
We advise having your watch checked every 3 years.
We recommend replacing the battery of your watch at a nearby watchmaker/jeweler.
We date our watches according to our research: they are based on the serial number, the watch reference, or other elements that allow us to determine the date.
For watches without papers, it is generally the year of manufacture. And not the year of marketing or sale.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If after purchasing one of our vintage watches, you encounter a problem, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
If the watch requires repair or servicing, we will ask you to return the watch to us. We will provide you with all the necessary information to organize the return of the watch.
The warranty covers delivery costs for local orders within the UAE. Internationally, the warranty applies but does not cover delivery costs.
If the problem with the watch is covered by our warranty, we will proceed with the repair at our expense or replace the watch. If the problem is due to misuse or damage caused by the user, the repair will not be covered by our warranty, and additional fees may be charged.
