Poljot is an iconic Russian watch brand, whose history began in 1930 with the founding of the First Moscow Watch Factory. Initially intended to produce watches inspired by Swiss techniques, Poljot developed a reputation for robust, reliable watches, often used in military and space contexts.

During the 1960s, Poljot achieved international renown by equipping Soviet cosmonauts, including Yuri Gagarin. Their watches, renowned for their precision and durability, were particularly well suited to the rigors of space.

With the collapse of the USSR, Poljot continued to produce watches under various names and remains a brand of choice for traditional mechanical watch enthusiasts, celebrating a rich heritage of almost a century of watchmaking innovation.
