NB: Most of our vintages were manufactured decades ago, so it is good to remember that our watches remain objects that need to be taken care of to maintain their proper functioning. It is absolutely necessary to avoid water, shocks, and vibrations.
Moreover, a majority of the old cases are not anti-magnetic. Consequently, strong magnetic fields, even from high body magnetism, can disrupt certain movements by causing them to gain or lose time.
