Each pen sold at Atelier Victor is meticulously checked by our experts and comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Atelier Victor is committed to repairing or replacing your pen at no additional cost if a manufacturing defect occurs during this period.

However, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Exposure to water or humidity
• Shocks, drops, or excessive vibrations
• Damage to the exterior of the pen, including the body, tip, clip, or other decorative elements
• Improper use
