Each pen sold at Atelier Victor is meticulously checked by our experts and benefits from a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Atelier Victor undertakes to repair or replace your pen, at no additional cost, if a manufacturing defect occurs during this period.

However, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Exposure to water or humidity
• Shocks, drops or excessive vibration
• Damage to the exterior of the pen, including the body, tip, clip or other decorative elements
• Inappropriate use

We invite you to use your pen according to our recommendations to ensure its proper functioning and preserve its beauty.
